A licensed CPA reads your last business return and your books together and answers the three things every owner actually asks: was the return done right, did you overpay and by how much, and are the books done right. Then the fixed price to fix it.
Credited in full toward the work when you engage us. No deadline on that.

The return is mostly right. The way you pay yourself is costing you about eleven thousand a year, and the books can't be trusted past April. All three are fixable this quarter.
Every owner has the same three questions and almost nobody gets them answered: was the return done right, did I overpay, and are my books right. The answers live in two places at once, the return and the books, and the person who did one of them rarely looked at the other. So we read both, together, and put what we find in writing.
Written for you, in plain language, by the CPA who read your file. Where a number appears, it comes from your own return and your own numbers.
$250, credited in full when you engage us.
Secure checkout in a minute. Then a short set of questions, your last business return, and a read-only invite to your QuickBooks or Xero (or an export). Fifteen minutes, usually.

The return is read against the books within 2 business days, with a follow-up if anything's unclear. Every report is reviewed and signed by a licensed CPA.
The report lands within 2 more business days, 3 to 4 after you finish the questions. Then we book your 20-minute results call and walk through it together.
If the report doesn't tell you whether your return was done right, whether you overpaid and by how much, and whether your books are right, tell us and we'll refund the $250. No forms, no argument.
A US business you own and run: a single-member LLC, an S corporation, a partnership, a small C corporation, or a sole proprietorship on your personal return. Most of the owners who buy it are somewhere between a hundred thousand and a few million in revenue. If it's a bigger company with a finance team, or a business that straddles the US and Canada, we'll say so on the fit call and point you at the right one.
That's most of the people who buy it. The report reads what they produced and tells you, in writing, whether it's costing you anything. If they've done it right, it says so, and you've bought a second set of eyes for $250. If they haven't, you'll know exactly what and what it's worth, and what you do with that is your call.
Because you'd be holding us to a guess. Every piece of the work is a fixed price and the report shows you which pieces your business actually needs. Two owners who sound alike on a call come out thousands apart on that count. The last page is your exact price, flat, with the $250 already off it. If it's more than you want to spend, you keep the report and stop.
Yes, read-only. Reading the books next to the return is the whole point, it's how we can tell whether the return was right and whether the books are. You add us as an accountant user in QuickBooks or Xero, or send an export if you're on spreadsheets. We change nothing. If you'd rather not, we'll write the report from the return and the questions and say plainly which answers that limits.
Yes, and in writing. A report that says "the return was right, you're not overpaying, the books are clean, here are the two things to watch this year" is a good outcome. You paid for the answer, not for bad news.
Three to four business days after you finish the questions, and we're usually faster. That's business days, not calendar days. If we're traveling or backed up, the current turnaround is shown right above the buy button.
Payment runs through Stripe, we never see your card. Your return and your numbers go through our secure client portal, the same one our tax clients use.
Buy it, share the return and the books, and three to four business days later you'll know in writing whether it was filed right, whether you overpaid, whether the books are right, and exactly what the fix costs.
