Blue Cloud is led by Yarik Yarosh, a CPA licensed in both the United States (AICPA) and Canada (CPA, CA). He began his career at KPMG, one of the world's largest accounting firms, where he saw how small and mid-sized businesses were left with reactive accountants who only showed up at tax time.

Since then he has served as CFO for a range of companies, several taken from the edge of bankruptcy all the way to a successful exit, and others whose profitability doubled or tripled under his watch. He has sat in the operator's seat, not just the accountant's, and knows what the numbers have to do for a business to actually survive and grow.

He went on to build and scale his own CPA firm in Canada, which he later sold before relocating to Florida and founding Blue Cloud. The conviction behind it is simple: small business owners deserve the same caliber of expertise large corporations get from top firms, without the overwhelming price tag, and without an accountant who goes quiet the moment they need answers.
