Behind on your books?

Catch-up is one of the most common ways we start

Months behind, or never really started? That is normal, and fixable. We bring prior periods current, fix what needs fixing, and put you on a monthly schedule from there. Catch-up is priced simply: 50% of your monthly rate per month of backlog, quoted before any work begins.

Reviews every closePersonally

A bookkeeper records what happened; a CPA catches what is miscategorized, tells you what it means, and signs off. Your monthly close is reviewed and signed by Yarik Yarosh, a CPA licensed in both the United States and Canada, so the books are tax-ready and the same firm that keeps them files your return. The two always agree, and a CPA is a message away year-round, not a stranger you meet once in April.

What it really costs

Cheap books, or books a CPA signs

Real work

What that looks like in practice

Retail · catch-up

Nine months behind, current in three weeks.

A shop owner had not closed the books since the prior fall. We reconciled the backlog, fixed the miscategorized inventory and merchant fees, and put the business on a monthly close.

ResultCaught up and tax-ready, then closed on the 15th every month since.
Trades · cash visibility

Knowing the number before payroll.

A contractor with lumpy project cash never knew if payroll would clear. A clean monthly close plus a simple cash view turned guesswork into a number he checks each week.

ResultPayroll funded with confidence, and the tax bill set aside as it accrues.
Agency · books to tax

Books a tax return could trust.

An agency's prior books did not tie out, so every April was a scramble. We rebuilt the chart of accounts and ran a clean monthly close that the tax return draws straight from.

ResultOne firm on books and tax, with no year-end reconciliation scramble.

Questions owners ask

Honest answers, up front

Do I have to change my accounting software?
No. We work in your existing QuickBooks or Xero. If you are not on either yet, we will help you pick and set it up, but we never force a migration to suit us.
What does "closed by the 15th" actually mean?
By the 15th business day of each month, your prior month is fully reconciled and categorized, a CPA has reviewed and signed off, and your P&L, balance sheet, and cash statements are in your portal. Growth and Premier plans close faster, by the 10th and 7th business day.
Can you help if I am months behind?
Yes, and it is one of the most common ways clients start. We bring prior periods current, fix what needs fixing, and move you onto a monthly close. Catch-up is priced at 50% of your monthly rate per month of backlog, quoted before any work begins.
Is this just data entry, or do I get a real CPA?
A licensed CPA reviews and signs every monthly close, and the same firm files your tax return. You are not handed to an offshore data-entry pool, and the books are built to be tax-ready, not just tidy.
How is bookkeeping priced?
By your monthly expense run-rate, so you pay for the size of the work rather than an hourly meter. Starter runs from $350 a month, Growth from $650, Premier from $1,000, with Custom pricing above $200K a month or for inventory and manufacturing. Prepay 12 months and save about 10%.
How fast can we get started?
Most clients are fully onboarded within a week or two, with no gap in coverage. After the free books review we get read access to your software, bring any backlog current, and pick up the next monthly close.
