Are these prices fixed, or just estimates?
The numbers here are published starting points. After a short call we put your exact fee in writing, and that is what you pay. It does not move unless the scope changes, and a scope change is always quoted and approved first.
Do the paid assessments really credit back?
Yes. The report is $250. If you hire us for any work after that, you get the $250 back as a discount on that work. That's true of both Diagnostics, Cross-Border and Business. The $695 CFO Strategy Session comes back as a discount on an ongoing CFO engagement. The first step is never sunk cost.
What if my situation is more complex than a starting price?
Then your quote reflects it, and you see that number before any work begins. Add-ons (extra states, K-1s, PFIC and other cross-border forms, multi-state payroll) are published on each service page so there are no hidden line items.
Are Canadian returns priced differently?
Canadian returns are billed in CAD (T1 from $250, T2 from $1,500). Cross-border engagements are quoted in USD. We always show you the currency.
Is there a discount for bundling or paying ahead?
Bundling into Blue Cloud Complete already costs less than buying the pieces separately, and prepaying a recurring engagement annually saves about 10% more. We don't stack endless discounts; the price is just fair to begin with.
